Will it fit on my grease gun?

The coupling on the average gun is adjustable. like a chuck on a pistol drill to bite the twist drill

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For customers within the United States, your order should arrive within 7-15 business days via USPS Mail. If you do not receive your order within 15 days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will make sure to assist you in no time!

We ship international orders via DHL and FedEx. Average delivery time is 7-25 business days, but could take longer depending on your country's customs process. This is outside of the control of Lube Pro Plus and the shipping carrier. With DHL, once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery, and DHL tracking may stop updating. If it's been more than 5 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order. Please note that certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We recommend checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as Lube Pro Plus does not cover customs fees, import duties, taxes or other charges.

Will i receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

I have entered an incorrect address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@lubeproplus.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

Can i cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@lubeproplus.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
